Terms of Service

Once you decide to commission, it is assumed you have done your due diligence in reading my TOS and are now bound by it.

Payment Terms:
✧ 100% payment after sketch.✧ No refunds.✧ Payment can be done through Ko-fi, Robux, Discord Perks.✧ Robux payments are not taxed.

General Terms:
♡ I have the right to decline/cancel a commission if necessary.♡ I have the right to post the art unless you have paid for privacy.♡ Each tier gets 3 revisions (each revision can have several changes within it).♡ Revisions must be reasonable.♡ No revisions after rendering (exceptions for missing character details, correcting incorrect design elements, simple background colour changes, etc.)♡ Turnaround time can be up to a month (give or take) from commission starting point (not ordering point).♡ The work you commission is strictly digital, not physical.♡ My art style may fluctuate from gallery examples.♡ Do not feed my work into any form of AI.♡ Custom requests must include a clear direction of the desired character (e.g. moodboards, outfit + hair inspo, and other necessary descriptions or references).♡ Emotes and Pixel Chibis already come with transparent backgrounds (no need to pay extra).♡ Will not draw:
         - heavy mech
         - heavy masc
         - heavy age
         - heavy furry (Kemonomimi is fine)
         - NFSW unless clear proof of being 18+ is presented
